I've never done Pilates. Is this for me?
Yes. The program starts with the lightest band and 15-minute beginner sessions, then builds week by week.
How much resistance do the bands give?
Three pairs of bands at 20, 30 and 40 lb. Clip on one to start, then stack them for up to 90 lb per side as you get stronger.
How much space do I need?
About the footprint of a yoga mat. It's low-impact and quiet, so it works in apartments.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship from the US in about 5 business days. For delivery before Christmas in the US, order by December 12.
What if it's not for me?
You have 30 days to return it. Holiday orders placed after Nov 1 can be returned until Jan 31.
How do I get the 30-Day Sculpt Program?
It's emailed to you with your order confirmation. There's also an exercise poster in the box.
